About Bridge House of Beaufort

Recovery deserves a real chance.

Bridge House of Beaufort provides long-term recovery housing (also known as sober living) where men develop careers, healthy habits, and community support.

Evidence-based 6-12 month housing.

Research proves: men who stay 6+ months have much lower relapse rates. Short programs don't give enough time.

We believe in integration, not institution

Located in historic Beaufort, South Carolina. Residents become part of the community, not isolated in a treatment facility.

Only MAT-friendly program within 50 miles.

We believe in the proven power of Medication-Assisted Treatment when appropriate. Other programs turn these men away.

“I am so impressed with the involvement Bridge House has in our local community.  Seeing them volunteer at other non-profits…is truly exceptional.”

The Need Was Clear

  • Men seeking recovery had no local options that welcomed Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT). Families faced impossible choices - send their loved one hours away or settle for programs with less than 4% success rates.

  •  Long-term housing takes employment rates from 49% to 76%. 31% become 65% for relapse rates in long term recovery housing. We built our program on real findings.

  • Housing and support that treats addiction as a disease to be proactively managed, not a moral failing.

Our Track Record

  • We track employment rates, program completion, and long-term outcomes using the One Step app.

  • 501(c)(3) status means every dollar goes to helping residents. Financial reports available upon request.

  •  Partnerships with local employers, medical providers, and law enforcement who refer to our program.

  • We’re a 501(c)(3) EIN# 88-1965667
