MAT stands for Medication-Assisted Treatment. This means we welcome residents who take FDA-approved medications like Suboxone, methadone, or Vivitrol as part of their recovery. Many programs don't allow these medications, but research shows they help increase the chances of success. We believe recovery looks different for everyone, and we support what works.

We're located on Green Street in historic Beaufort, South Carolina. We're walking distance to the Green Street Community Pool, local businesses, and public transportation. Beaufort is in the heart of the Lowcountry, about 45 minutes from Savannah and 2 hours from Charleston.

Our program is 3 months minimum, up to 1 year maximum. Research shows that staying 6+ months gives the best results. Most men stay 6-9 months to fully rebuild their lives.

$275 intake fee plus $200 per week. We offer first-month assistance for men who need financial help. Most insurance plans help cover costs, and we have payment plans available.

Men 18 and older who have completed detox and are committed to recovery. We welcome all recovery paths - 12-step programs, MAT, or both. We do background checks but consider each person individually.

5 AA/NA meetings per week required

Yes. Most of our applications come from family members. We'll work with both you and your loved one through the process.

Morning meetings, work or job searching, house responsibilities, recovery meetings, and community time. Men have structure but also learn independence and life skills.

Yes, we have visiting hours and family is encouraged to stay involved. We also allow supervised family visits and phone calls.

Clothing for work and daily living, personal items, medications, and important documents. We provide bedding and basic household items. Don’t worry, we’ll help you get supplies if you don’t have any.

We help coordinate transportation to medical appointments, job interviews, and meetings. Residents are encouraged to get their own transportation as they rebuild independence.

We support dual diagnosis and work with local mental health providers. Many residents take prescribed medications for depression, anxiety, and other conditions.

Sometimes. If we're full, we'll put your loved one on our waiting list and help find temporary housing if needed.
